Duncan Martin
Duncan is the co-founder of Aspect Rental and has more than 25 years of experience in the television and film industry. His career spans documentary, factual entertainment and branded content, with experience working alongside broadcasters and production companies including National Geographic, Discovery and Nutopia.
Alongside his production background, Duncan has spent many years in senior roles within the camera and lighting rental sector, supporting crews across broadcast and film productions.
At Aspect Rental, Duncan focuses on building a dependable, production-focused rental company designed around the practical needs of modern production teams, combining industry experience with reliable equipment and service.

Joanna Martin
Joanna is the co-founder of Aspect Rental and plays a key role in the company’s operations and client support. She oversees bookings, logistics and day-to-day coordination, helping ensure productions receive reliable service from initial enquiry through to delivery and collection.

With a strong background in organisation and business management, Joanna helps keep the company running efficiently while supporting the fast-paced demands of television and film production.

Connor Sargent
Connor has over a decade of experience across the TV and film industry, working in camera operations, live broadcast, feature films, documentaries and equipment hire. Through close collaboration with camera departments and production teams, he has developed strong knowledge of professional camera systems, accessories and on-set workflows, helping ensure productions are supported with reliable, production-ready equipment.

He also brings extensive hire management and operational experience, specialising in equipment logistics, client relationships and supporting demanding production schedules.
